Georg Blokus | Er/Ihm

Poli­ti­scher Orga­ni­zer, Bild­ner & Kura­tor |

Georg, born near Gdansk in 1987, is a psy­cho­lo­gist who lives in Ber­lin and works across Euro­pe as a poli­ti­cal cura­tor, artist, trai­ner, faci­li­ta­tor, con­sul­tant, and aut­hor with pro­gres­si­ve social move­ments, trade uni­ons and civil socie­ty orga­niza­ti­ons, cul­tu­ral insti­tu­ti­ons and migrant com­mu­ni­ties. He works at the inter­sec­tion of com­mu­ni­ty orga­ni­zing, edu­ca­ti­on and arts, crea­ting trans­for­ma­ti­ve spaces whe­re soli­da­ri­ty and huma­ni­ty can beco­me lived expe­ri­ence. He curr­ent­ly leads the SCHOOL OF POLI­TI­CAL HOPE after being Direc­tor and Head of Orga­ni­zing Edu­ca­ti­on of the Ber­lin Hub of Euro­pean Alter­na­ti­ves und der School of Trans­na­tio­nal Orga­ni­zing.

Sujin J. Noël | Sie/Ihr

Com­mu­ni­ty FACI­LI­TA­TOR, Coach & Consultant

From an ear­ly age, Sujin has lived in, bet­ween, and with dif­fe­rent cul­tures. As a com­mu­ni­ty coach and con­sul­tant, she works whe­re­ver peo­p­le col­la­bo­ra­te who are very dif­fe­rent and want to or must face the chal­lenges of diver­si­ty. But what do vul­nerable groups and lea­ders, (post-)migrant com­mu­ni­ties and demo­cra­tic initia­ti­ves need in order to cope with com­plex chan­ges and (re)build func­tio­ning com­mu­ni­ties? As a Seni­or Fel­low of Huma­ni­ty in Action (HIA), as a mem­ber of the Lea­ding Chan­ge Net­work und der Radi­cal Daugh­ters, and as part of the SCHOOL OF POLI­TI­CAL HOPE, she deals with this ques­ti­on in chan­ge pro­ces­ses, con­sul­ting, and training.

Csenge Schneider-Lonhart | Sie/They

Poli­ti­sche Thea­ter­ma­che­rin & Kulturorganizerin

Csen­ge is a cul­tu­ral orga­ni­zer and acti­vist dedi­ca­ted to buil­ding strong, trans­na­tio­nal and inter­sec­tion­al net­works that streng­then soli­da­ri­ty across move­ments at Euro­pean Alter­na­ti­ves Ber­lin and for the SCHOOL OF POLI­TI­CAL HOPE. She stu­di­ed theat­re in Cluj, Roma­nia, while actively fight­ing in the local housing move­ment with Social Housing Now und der Euro­pean Action Coali­ti­on against urban gen­tri­fi­ca­ti­on and dis­pla­ce­ment, and for the right to housing and to the city, an expe­ri­ence that shaped her com­mit­ment to the arts, edu­ca­ti­on, and poli­tics. She belie­ves in the power of care, trust, and crea­ti­vi­ty as fun­da­men­tal tools for social chan­ge and resis­tance against ali­en­ati­on and xenophobia.

Max Gede | Er/Ihm

Crea­ti­ve Direc­tor & Com­mu­ni­ty Educator

Max Gede, who comes from a Rus­si­an-Ger­man fami­ly, is a crea­ti­ve direc­tor, gra­phic & game desi­gner, and poli­ti­cal edu­ca­tor. He is par­ti­cu­lar­ly inte­res­ted in the playful design of social, edu­ca­tio­nal, and orga­ni­sa­tio­nal trans­for­ma­ti­ons for diver­se and demo­cra­tic socie­ties. He co-foun­ded the demo­cra­cy initia­ti­ve Sprich e.V. und der SCHOOL OF POLI­TI­CAL HOPE. He also work­ed as Crea­ti­ve Direc­tor for the pan-Euro­pean move­ment DiEM25, whe­re he deve­lo­ped and imple­men­ted par­ti­ci­pa­to­ry com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and cam­paig­ning stra­te­gies. He is lea­ding a game design team at the NS Docu­men­ta­ti­on Cent­re in Colo­gne, which is deve­lo­ping an inter­ac­ti­ve game app for poli­ti­cal edu­ca­ti­on in schools. As a poli­ti­cal edu­ca­tor, he works in par­ti­cu­lar with Rus­si­an and Ukrai­ni­an com­mu­ni­ties for the BVRE und der bbt on migra­ti­on, anti-dis­cri­mi­na­ti­on, and the cul­tu­re of remembrance.

Elisa Calosi | Sie/Ihr

Kul­tur­ma­na­ge­rin & Soma­tic Bodyworker

Eli­sa stu­di­ed Media – Cul­tu­re – Com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on in Ger­ma­ny, France, and Bul­ga­ria. From 2012 to 2014 she was head of the Art and Cul­tu­re Depart­ment of the Inter­na­tio­nal Eli­as Canet­ti Socie­ty in Ruse, Bul­ga­ria. In 2015, she was Fel­low for Art Coor­di­na­ti­on at the Aka­de­mie Schloss Soli­tu­de. She deve­lo­ped and mana­ged num­e­rous pro­jects, from lite­ra­tu­re fes­ti­vals to art exhi­bi­ti­ons, thea­ter per­for­man­ces, and films, with a focus on inclu­si­ve and par­ti­ci­pa­to­ry for­mats. Sin­ce 2016, she has been living in Ber­lin again and works as a free­lan­ce cul­tu­ral mana­ger for the IIPM – Inter­na­tio­nal Insti­tu­te of Poli­ti­cal Mur­der, the SCHOOL OF POLI­TI­CAL HOPE, and other cul­tu­ral insti­tu­ti­ons and poli­ti­cal organisations.
