At the SCHOOL OF POLI­TI­CAL HOPE (SPH), we belie­ve that hope is not a pas­si­ve fee­ling — it is a poli­ti­cal prac­ti­ce. Our work starts with the con­vic­tion that meaningful chan­ge hap­pens when poli­ti­cal ima­gi­na­ti­on, coll­ec­ti­ve care, and stra­te­gic action come together.

We crea­te spaces whe­re peo­p­le can con­nect their per­so­nal sto­ries with coll­ec­ti­ve strug­gles, trans­forming vul­nerabi­li­ty into strength and iso­la­ti­on into soli­da­ri­ty. For us, poli­ti­cal work is not just about resis­tance — it’s about buil­ding new ways of being tog­e­ther, roo­ted in jus­ti­ce, digni­ty, and care.

Our approach is par­ti­ci­pa­to­ry, inter­sec­tion­al, and trans­na­tio­nal. We draw from a wide ran­ge of methods: from Trai­nings & Web­i­na­re and grass­roots orga­ni­zing stra­te­gies to coll­ec­ti­ve sto­rytel­ling and heal­ing jus­ti­ce prac­ti­ces. Each pro­cess cen­ters the lived expe­ri­en­ces of tho­se most impac­ted by sys­te­mic inju­s­ti­ce, ensu­ring that the know­ledge we crea­te is not just theo­re­ti­cal but deep­ly groun­ded in real-world struggles.

We move at the speed of trust. This means that every work­shop, trai­ning, or col­la­bo­ra­ti­ve pro­cess we design is shaped by the uni­que needs of the peo­p­le we work with — whe­ther they are grass­roots move­ments fight­ing for cli­ma­te jus­ti­ce, migrant orga­niza­ti­ons deman­ding digni­ty, or uni­ons buil­ding worker power.
