How We Work

At the SCHOOL OF POLITICAL HOPE (SPH), we believe that hope is not a passive feeling — it is a political practice. Our work starts with the conviction that meaningful change happens when political imagination, collective care, and strategic action come together.

We create spaces where people can connect their personal stories with collective struggles, transforming vulnerability into strength and isolation into solidarity. For us, political work is not just about resistance — it’s about building new ways of being together, rooted in justice, dignity, and care.

Our approach is participatory, intersectional, and transnational. We draw from a wide range of methods: from Public Narrative and grassroots organizing strategies to collective storytelling and healing justice practices. Each process centers the lived experiences of those most impacted by systemic injustice, ensuring that the knowledge we create is not just theoretical but deeply grounded in real-world struggles.

We move at the speed of trust. This means that every workshop, training, or collaborative process we design is shaped by the unique needs of the people we work with — whether they are grassroots movements fighting for climate justice, migrant organizations demanding dignity, or unions building worker power.

Learning with us means engaging in reflective story circles, hands-on campaign labs, and strategic dialogues. It means recognizing that political work doesn’t only happen in public speeches and protests — it happens in the quiet moments of care, the honest conversations about fear and hope, and the collective visioning of a better world.

We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we walk alongside you — co-creating spaces of learning and action, nurturing the political soul, and strengthening the collective body.

Let’s make the road by walking — together.
