In times of systemic injustice and political crises activism demands more than just passion and dedication — it requires sustainable strategies for care, healing, and empowerment. Too often, movements struggle with exhaustion, internal conflicts, and the weight of oppressive structures. Too often, activists and organizations push for change at the cost of their own well-being.
- How do we continue fighting for justice when the weight of the world feels unbearable and we feel exhausted, helpless and disconnected from our own purpose?

Our Collective Care & Power Classes help activists, organizers, and communities build spaces where care and power go hand in hand. We address the hidden wounds of activism — because sustainable change starts from within.
